Full-Time Learning Success Manager

The purpose of this role is to train and support WeThrive’s educators in bringing entrepreneurship into their classrooms. A successful Learning Success Manager will build a vibrant educator community of practice, work with our teacher collaborators to incorporate feedback into future iterations of curriculum, design and execute teacher training, craft professional development resources and build the systems and processes to ensure program success and effectiveness. Success is defined as developing and fostering a thriving educator community, creating top-tier training and resources to support teachers and finally, quality assurance and excellence across all WeThrive programs.
Role and Responsibilities include:
-Hold regular calls and communications with WeThrive educators.
-Develop the resources, processes and systems to support WeThrive educators and build the community of practice.
-Develop processes to incorporate teacher feedback into future iterations.
-Design and execute teacher training and produce resources needed for professional development, such as modularized training resources.
-Wear other hats within the startup, as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
-Experience in the education sector.
-Skilled facilitator with experience in providing high quality professional learning.
-Experience designing and piloting innovative curriculum in schools.
-Experience in building efficient processes and systems.
The successful candidate will additionally act and think entrepreneurially, be solution-oriented, commit to completing tasks efficiently and on time, and willing to act as a thought-partner to help the organization grow. 9-5 is not your spirit; we work until the task is done. Sometimes this calls for longer grind sessions but there is also the added benefit of flexibility in when and where you work. The ideal candidate is also an individual with the drive and flexibility to assume a Senior Leadership role.
