Studio Operations Manager Local Projects

Position Description

As the Studio Operations Manager at Local Projects, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of the studio’s facilities and infrastructure to optimize staff performance on projects. You will play a significant role in the studio’s day to day operations paying close attention to client meeting and internal project needs. You will also be a key driver for staff culture initiatives.

The ideal candidate must be a huge fan of engaging and fun human systems, passionate about organization and effectiveness, a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of prioritizing with some autonomy, and demonstrated historical comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set up or supervise the set-up of Client Hospitality

Book and Advertise to employees Studio Culture activities

Manage Vendor Maintenance

Coordinate travel for Studio Principal and Staff in concert with the Studio Assistant

Manage the schedule for Studio Principal

Overall High Level Calendar Management for Studio

IT Asset Management Support & Maintenance

New Employee Studio systems and facilities onboarding

Handle the wrap up duties in systems for those leaving the Studio

Studio Hardware Purchases and Tracking

Server Maintenance

VPN Maintenance and User Allocation

Common Space Maintenance

Phone and Door Reception in concert with Studio Assistant

Company Credit Card Account Management

End of Year Gift and Event Coordination

Mail and Shipping Coordination

Management of Office Supplies and Inventory

Hardware Troubleshooting and Coordination of Repairs

Cost tracking / Expenses and Department Budgets

Management of Studio Assistant

Coordination of Staff Summer Camp

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree

1-3 years of administrative office duties

Excellent writing skills

Strong communication skills – internally and externally
